Thank you for selecting Dianella Secondary College Education Support Centre as your child’s school for 2023. I am very proud to lead this school and the remarkable team which will help your child demonstrate their true abilities and attain skills for future employment and social/community engagement.

This handbook will provide you with an overview of what our centre offers all students throughout their time with us. We are committed to providing a safe, positive environment where each child can flourish. The range of programs and support we offer are described within and we work in partnership with all our families to ensure each child is reaching their full potential.

Our Purpose

Dianella Secondary College Education Support Centre is an Independent Public School which provides a caring and supportive school environment where the rights and responsibilities of the individual are recognised and respected. Our positive, inclusive approach to learning encourages all students to achieve their potential.

We have high expectations of ourselves and of our students. As a staff we are proud and passionate about our school and its students. We collaborate together respectfully and know that we are making a difference in the lives of our students and their families. Our relationships are based on trust, mutual respect and the acceptance of responsibility.
