Policy Overview

In accordance with the Department of Education's Contributions, Voluntary Charges and Fee Policy, Dianella SC Education Support Centre requests voluntary contributions that go towards educational programs, materials, and services for students.

Compulsory Subject Charges apply for students in Years 11 and 12.

Notifications and Billing

• Contributions and charges are advised to all families at least 2 months prior to the new school year.
• Billing Item Reminders, detailing the current contributions and charges for each student, are forwarded to all families at the beginning of the year.
• Unpaid reminders are sent each term.
  Dianella SC Education Support Centre appreciates prompt payment of contributions and charges as these enable the school to continue delivering quality educational programs.
